One question, in the second to last photo, the PAPI on the left is WWRR, on slope. The PAPI on the right is RRRW, a bit low.

Is it common for two PAPIs to dissagree??

Yes this does happen quite often.
On this particular runway, on glide slope and below 100ft RA both PAPI's show four reds.
